We collect annual workforce data from learning providers across the FE and Training sector to create an evidence base for government and sector body policy making. All providers funded through the Education and Skills Funding Agency are requested to submit data.
Why submit your data? Here are three key reasons:

Once submitted, your data is aggregated and analysed to show the changing structure and composition of the FE and training workforce, then published as an annual report. This report informs policies aimed at tackling your recruitment issues or skills shortages, for example.
