We collect annual workforce data from learning providers across the FE and Training sector to create an evidence base for policy making. All providers funded through the Education and Skills Funding Agency are requested to submit data. The window for submitting 2018/19 data is now open - closing 31st October!

Why submit your annual workforce data? Here are three key reasons:

1. To give policy makers accurate, robust data about the sector workforce
2. To gain use of free, bespoke data analytic tools
3 To help you compare your organisation to other similar providers

Once submitted, your data is aggregated and analysed to show the changing structure and composition of the FE and training workforce, then published as an annual report. This report informs policies aimed at tackling your recruitment issues or skills shortages, for example.
